Ashley Nesser is a licensed Realtor® with Compass, proudly serving the greater New Orleans area. A native New Orleanian, Ashley brings a deep understanding of the city’s diverse neighborhoods, vibrant culture, and ever-changing real estate market. Her background—both personal and professional—reflects a lifetime of dedication to the community she calls home.

Before launching her real estate career, Ashley built a dynamic professional resume, including owning a successful children’s boutique in the Garden District, serving as CFO of an international charter airline, working in the city’s hospitality sector, and traveling the world as a Delta Airlines flight attendant. This diverse experience uniquely positions her to understand client needs, manage complex transactions, and deliver results with a personal touch.

Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in International Marketing from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Tulane University. She leverages her education and entrepreneurial experience to offer strategic guidance and a client-first approach to every transaction.

Together with her business partner, Evelyn Randle, Ashley forms a top-producing real estate team with over 40 years of combined experience. Known for their extensive local network, complementary strengths, and award-winning service—including Latter & Blum’s “Top of the Latter” recognition—Ashley and Evelyn are trusted advisors in the New Orleans real estate market.

Outside of real estate, Ashley is deeply involved in the community. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, cheering them on at their sporting events, volunteering at their school, and exploring new destinations through travel.
